In subscription plans, days included are more than the subscription period, why?

Each one of our subscription plans have an extra 33% service period included. That’s why 1 month is not 30 days long, but 40 days.

Which country channels are available in the service?

We provide service from almost all countries. All European countries are available including United Kingdom, Germany, Italia. Some of the Asian countries are partly accessible but we’re not very good at it. United states channels are really great, we also have a good Latino selection.

Which payment methods are available?

Our main payment method is Cryptocurrency. However, we do accept other forms of payment. Please contact us for more info.

Do you support all devices?

You can use almost all devices to stream our service. The only thing that we do not support is Stalker Portal, devices Like MAG, or the portal on Formuler boxes.

Which IPTV Applications do you support?

Any app which runs based on Streaming lines, like M3uU URL, is supported. An example of the applications that we do not support are STBEMU and Smart STB which run based on Stalker Portal.

Do you offer refund?

If it’s proven that our service is at fault and giving you issues, yes, you are entitled for a refund.

How much Live TV and VOD content is included?

We have a dedicated VOD team who are updating series and movies everyday. The content is growing every day. But on basis, we have over 11000 Live TV channels, more than 10000 movies and 3000 series.

Can I request for my desired movies or series which are not included?

For sure you can. Our VOD workers are happy to hear from you. Simply send us the IMDB profile link of your desired VOD content and we will add it if available online.
